HISTORY

Established in 2001, Single Source is a medical device contract manufacturer located in Merriam, Indiana. We have grown from a two-man operation working out of a leased garage to our current two locations in Northern Indiana, near the heart of the orthopedic capital of the world. We serve a diversified customer base with a team dedicated to the highest standards of quality and integrity.
